ZTD possesses a software development team made up of engineers specialized in software design, development, test and art design and can develop the software and information system on the basis of ASP/ASP.NET/DELPHT/JAVA. The company is being connected to the Internet through a 10M fiber-optic private line and is one of the 300 CPN nodes of CNGI network.
In the fields of the evaluation of the budget performance, ZTD has fulfilled the evaluations of 170 plans and projects assigned by the Beijing Municipal Financial Bureau, Beijing Municipal Education Commission, the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission. In the fields of the performance examination, the company head led the studies on the performance examination of financial payout projects. The research results got used in the performance evaluation work organized by the Beijing Municipal Financial Bureau, Beijing Municipal Education Commission, the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission.
